Stop Worrying. Start Supporting.
The proven roadmap for parents whose adult children haven’t launched yet
Your adult child is stuck. You want to help, but nothing’s working.
You’ve tried encouraging them. You’ve tried setting boundaries. You’ve even tried stepping back completely. But they’re still living at home with no clear path forward. Or they’ve moved out but keep returning for rescue. Or they won’t even have a conversation with you about what’s next.
The Parent’s Launch Code gives you a different approach — one based on what actually works when young adults are struggling to launch.

About Dr. Jack
Jack Stoltzfus is a licensed psychologist who has spent over 30 years helping families navigate the transition to adulthood.
He developed The Parent’s Launch Code after working with hundreds of parents who were stuck in the same painful cycle: wanting desperately to help their adult children succeed, but watching every attempt backfire or make things worse.
The framework emerged from what worked — not textbook theory, but the real-life patterns he saw in families where parents successfully supported their young adults into independence while keeping the relationship intact.
Jack works with parents both in clinical practice (in Minnesota) and through coaching nationwide. He’s also training professionals across the country to use this approach in their own practices.
