Recently, Dr. Stoltzfus was ranked #1 of 81 other therapists in Ramsey County by Business Rate. This is not something Dr. Stoltzfus sought, applied for, or paid for in any way. The announcement came as a surprise, and Jack acknowledges that many colleagues deserve this ranking.
When asked how the ranking was determined, this is what Business Rate said:
“We use the category and city, county, state, etc., to determine your location. Business Rate indicates that the award rankings will use the data from your Google Business Profile. We have a scoring algorithm that ranks your Google reviews against others using those filters. We place emphasis on recent reviews, as they speak to how the business is doing currently.
